The presentation will take place on Tuesday, October 17 at 12:45pm.

“People don’t fear change, they fear loss.” This hands-on and experiential session will introduce participants to frameworks and methods from design thinking and Adaptive Leadership, which both take a human-centered approach to leading change and innovation initiatives. We will explore how to leverage methods and models from both in order to gain empathy and insights into why people may resist change, and design experiments in order to quickly test new methods and approaches that invite individuals to see themselves as being part of the transformation story.
