How might we assess where you are and where you need to go?
We believe that effective change initiatives are data driven. We bring a qualitative and quantitative approach to understanding organizations, combining in-person interviews with surveys to gather stories, pain points and opportunities for change. We have helped organizations assess their merger processes, evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning and leadership programs, and develop survey tools to help measure employee experience. For organizations that “don’t know what they don’t know”, we can conduct landscape research projects to identify case studies and lessons learned from a broad range of companies and industries.

When you’re ready to move from inspiration to action, these offerings are designed to introduce new ways of thinking and working to your team through hands-on, experiential learning programs. We offer workshops on topics such as Design Thinking, Improv for Creativity and Communication, Human-Centered Change, and Innovation training for Leaders.
