How can I help my product teams connect with customers, make sure they are solving the right problems, and develop a rapid prototyping mindset?
Product teams, Marketing teams, and even internal teams such as HR and Learning and Development need to move fast, stay close to the needs of their customers, and make sure they are solving the right problems. We partner with teams to provide design strategist support and work with them side by side to apply the methods of design thinking to their actual projects. This might look like helping to recruit interviewees, develop a discussion guide, and moderating 1:1 interviews, or it might include working with your team to identify insights from the data, facilitate cross-team ideation workshops, and then rapidly turn those ideas into prototypes which can be tested with customers.
Depending on your team and project, this might look like having an embedded design strategist support your team over the course of a project, or it might look like a rapid one week design sprint in which your team moves from insight to customer feedback in just one week!

When you’re ready to move from inspiration to action, these offerings are designed to introduce new ways of thinking and working to your team through hands-on, experiential learning programs. We offer workshops on topics such as Design Thinking, Improv for Creativity and Communication, Human-Centered Change, and Innovation training for Leaders.
If you’re interested in introducing Design Sprints to your organization, we’ll help you design, facilitate, and coach internal teams on how to accelerate and validate ideas through rapid prototyping and testing with real customers.
