A global specialty food company with a long history of innovation identified a need to develop a shared approach between its business and technology teams to generate and test new solutions to customer needs. They sought a partner to help them design and facilitate Design Sprints (a series of workshops and design sessions that apply design thinking methods to a real business challenge in an accelerated time frame, made famous by Google Ventures).
