A national healthcare company with over 200,000 employees sought a partner to help define a unified approach to human-centered design across their organization that could be scaled across multiple regions.  They also sought the creation of a training program that could be incorporated into an existing training institute and used to develop human-centered design project leads and coaches across all regions.
