A national healthcare company with over 200,000 employees sought a partner to help define a unified approach to human-centered design across their organization that could be scaled across multiple regions. They also sought the creation of a training program that could be incorporated into an existing training institute and used to develop human-centered design project leads and coaches across all regions.
Designed a brand identity for innovation program and a model for human-centered design that incorporated the client’s existing cultural values and language.
Developed training modules on “Leading human-centered change”, “Frameworks for high-performing teams” and “Design for leaders” targeted at an executive audience.
Created custom curriculum, slides, worksheets, playbooks, and facilitation materials to support a national training program that enabled leaders, coaches, and staff to scale a consistent organization-wide approach to human-centered design.
Facilitated a Train the trainer workshop that enabled the client to run the training program independently.
