As part of its ongoing mission to revolutionize oral health care, Delta Dental of Washington was in the process of relocating to a new headquarters in the heart of Seattle’s technology and startup district. Delta’s innovation and learning leaders sought a partner to help them design a program to leverage their move to this new space as an opportunity to introduce behaviors and mindsets of innovation and entrepreneurship across the organization.
Interviewed program participants and gathered data on program impact, participant feedback, and recommendations for future learning initiatives.
Developed a brand, curriculum, presentation decks, and facilitation guides that enabled leaders to coach small teams through three learning modules.
Facilitated a strategic planning workshop to design the approach, timeline, and goals of the learning program.
Led a training session with all directors to model facilitation best practices.
Compiled learning from a program evaluation and shared the presentation with key insights and recommendations with senior leaders.
